Refund policy

At MATSU (MATSU Mode), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return and refund under the terms below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned within the 14-day return period.
The item should be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from damage caused after delivery.
All original tags and packaging, where applicable, should be included.

To start a return, please contact us at matsumodeu@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions for returning your item.

Custom-Printed Items

Although our clothing features custom prints created by MATSU, all items are eligible for return within the 14-day return period, provided they meet the return conditions described above.

Return Shipping Costs

Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

If you received the wrong item, a defective product, or an item that arrived damaged, MATSU will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or for any other personal reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws or when the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at matsumodeu@gmail.com. Include your order number and, if possible, photographs of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us at matsumodeu@gmail.com. Depending on availability, we may offer an exchange or ask you to return the original item and place a new order.
